Pullman Dali Hotel - Dali (Yunnan)

The hotel is fairly new, most of the amenities are in good condition. Location wise, it's quite accessible. the room felt spacious with very comfortable bed and pillows and the view was excellent. the bathroom was tidy. the staff were hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast had limited options, but quality was good.

Cleaniness was an issue, as the room was not well-maintained.  .

Nothing, all was good.

the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities were impressive. the infinity pool, spa lounge, and beauty treatments were ideal for a relaxing holiday. the Rooftop pool and garden area had excellent views of the surrounding landscapes. Room advantages were very exclusive, and the restaurant had a wide variety of special diet menus.

Although most of the stuff was new, there was one minor issue in the room. the AC was not working well, making the room a little uncomfortable, and the maintenance staff was not available at that moment.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, hotel facilities, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.

Absolutely nothing negative to report.

The hotel boasted new stuff, fresh and modern. , the hotel's convenient location was great for exploring the surrounding area. The pool area was also well-maintained.

The negatives heavily outweighed the positives during our stay. Hairs scattered throughout the room, under the pillows, on the bed, and floors did not make for a pleasant experience.
